I. EXECUTIVE SESSION (Black Eyed Susan Room)

A. The Planning Commission, Board of Appeals and Historic District Commission will meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Section 10-508(a)(7) of the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice regarding legal representation.

B. The Planning Commission will meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Section 10-508(a)(7) of the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice regarding ex parte communication.

II. REVIEW AND ACTION

A.   Site Plan STP2010-00027, City of Rockville - for rehabilitation and expansion of the former post office and construction of an annex building to be used as the City’s police station at 2 West Montgomery Avenue in the MXNC Zone.
