The Planning Commission, Board of Appeals and Historic District Commission will meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Section 10-508(a)(7) of the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice regarding legal representation. II. REVIEW AND ACTION A. Site Plan STP2010-00027, City of Rockville - for rehabilitation and expansion of the former post office and construction of an annex building to be used as the City’s police station at 2 West Montgomery Avenue in the MXNC Zone.
