The following applications have been filed since July 16:

1.   Level 1 Site Plan STP2011-00050, Mayor and Council – to install a walkway from Montgomery County right-of-way to park interior to include ADA ramp, 2 stair sets and a retaining wall at Twinbrook Recreation Center, 12920 Twinbrook Parkway. (administrative approval)

2.   Level 1 Site Plan STP2011-00051, Mayor and Council – to modify the parking lot in grass/egress, install card readers for gate controller, and construct a sidewalk at City Hall, 111 Maryland Avenue. (administrative approval)

3.   Level 1 Site Plan STP2011-00052, Mayor and Council – to provide a concrete sidewalk from Martins Lane to the Swim Center by reducing the width of the existing driveway and constructing a walk adjacent to the driveway at 355 Martins Lane. (administrative approval)

4.   Level 1 Site Plan STP2011-00053, Mayor and Council – to amend the approved site plan for the Rockville Senior Center to provide a crosswalk at 1150 Carnation drive. (administrative approval)

5.   Pre-Application Meeting PAM2011-00031, Michael C & Lilia Blackmore – for a time extension to complete renovation of Ice House until issuance of the 12th building permit is filed by Chestnut Lodge Properties, Inc. at 3 Bullard Circle.
