Level 1 Site Plan STP2011-00050, Mayor and Council – to install a walkway from Montgomery County right-of-way to park interior to include ADA ramp, 2 stair sets and a retaining wall at Twinbrook Recreation Center, 12920 Twinbrook Parkway. (administrative approval) 2. Level 1 Site Plan STP2011-00051, Mayor and Council – to modify the parking lot in grass/egress, install card readers for gate controller, and construct a sidewalk at City Hall, 111 Maryland Avenue. (administrative approval) 3. Level 1 Site Plan STP2011-00052, Mayor and Council – to provide a concrete sidewalk from Martins Lane to the Swim Center by reducing the width of the existing driveway and constructing a walk adjacent to the driveway at 355 Martins Lane. Telephone calls and meetings with Commission members in advance of the meeting are not permitted. Written communications will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Commission. |
