The following applications have been filed since November 19:

1. Final Record Plat PLT2011-00507, Xinghu Liu – to combine three lots into one lot at 102 Grandin Avenue.

2. Pre-application Meeting PAM2011-00039, National Lutheran Home For The Aged - for the reduction from existing 300 skilled nursing beds to 160 skilled nursing beds; addition of 50 assisted living units; additional drop-off and building entrance; conversion of 1 triplex (3 independent living units) to community center space (2 units) and office space (1 unit) at 9701 Veirs Drive.

3. Pre-application Meeting PAM2011-00038, Landow House – to implement phase 2 expansion of previously approved assisted living facility consisting of 18 units in a single story building at 1799 East Jefferson Street.
