VAR2012-00031, 2997 Glenora Lane, Variance from the fence height limitation in the side yard fence on a corner lot. Applicant seeks relief from Section 25.09.05.2 (a) (iii) B that allow 6 ft. high fence on a corner lot condition.

STP2012-0012, 1900 Chapman Avenue, Redevelopment of retail property for Mixed Use, Primarily Multi-Family residential and Street-level professional Office/Service Commercial.

STP2012-0013, 1385 Piccard Drive, to replace existing handicap ramp and steps at front and side entrances. Replace three (3) entry canopies.
