Members of the RSI Board serve for two year terms, and no elected member may serve more than two consecutive terms. Members of the RSI Board are: a treasurer and two citizens of Rockville appointed by the Mayor and Council; one senior citizen selected by the Senior Citizens Commission; and seven senior citizens elected at the Annual Meeting of RSI.
