STAFF REPORT:

The building was carpeted and we had a few problems.  The wallpaper was damaged near the baseboard.  We will replace the baseboards with 6” baseboard and the wallpaper will be repaired.

The new thermostats are a continual problem but we are working diligently to correct the problems. We will get a timeline for the renovation soon.  Four parking spaces will be used for storage for the contractor on the side parking lot.  The renovation will take about 5-6 months.
