SRB2009-00510 – 8 West Middle Lane, Mansfield Kaseman Health Clinic
The modification request is to permit a building sign to be erected on the second floor of the building and the applicant's business is located on the ground floor.
The business is located in the MXNC Zone, which requires all building signs for any business with an exterior wall to be measured to determine the allowable sign of the Sign Ordinance. The Ordinance states that the sign must be placed on the exterior building wall that was used for the measurement.
Mr. Darren Leslie presented the applicant's request.
Mr. Worthing moved, seconded by Mr. Turner to approve SRB2009-00510 – 8 West Middle Lane, Mansfield Kaseman Health Clinic as submitted. The motion passed unanimously.
