1. Review and Approve Minutes of July 2005
a. Approval of July 2005 minutes was deferred to September, as there was not a quorum.
2. Staff Report and Updates (Weekly) a. Mr. Marcus explained the new format of the weekly report. b. Commissioner Levine requested that the staff report be updated at least by the 3rd Tuesday of every month.
3. Development Status Updates: Upper Rock path to Senior Center a. It was agreed that the Commission should write a memo to the Parks and Recreation Director requesting that access to the Senior Center be enhanced south of W. Gude Dr. Any enhancements should be aligned with the Upper Rock path.
4. Report on Comments from Environment Commission re: Comp. Transportation Noise Policy a. Ms. Kelly relayed that the Environment Commission has not yet submitted comments on the draft policy and that another joint meeting would be coordinated for October or November 2005.
5. Town Center Traffic Calming Measures: Prioritize Items a. Commissioners prioritized the list of traffic calming items suggested per the Town Center Traffic Calming Process.
6. TDM Strategic Plan a. Staff requested that Commissioners read the draft Strategic Plan and come with comments for the next Commission meeting.
