1. Announcements and Public Comment Period a. There was a discussion about the January agenda.
2. RORZOR – Staff Presentation a. Mr. Wasilak and Mr. Mellander handed out RORZOR draft materials, provided an overview of the RORZOR process, provided an overview of the content of the document, and an overview of the transportation section of the document.
3. RORZOR – T&T Commissioner Question and Comment Session a. Commissioners inquired about different sections of the draft ordinance and staff responded.
4. National Korean United Methodist Church Development Application – Staff Briefing a. Mr. Saleh provided a summary of the development application, the traffic study conducted, and the draft staff recommendations.
5. National Korean United Methodist Church Development Application - T&T Commissioner Question and Comment Session a. Commissioner Oberg recommended that pedestrian routes be identified as part of the CTR process.
b. Commissioners recommended that City staff check with the City attorney to confirm process for whether a public hearing was required for developments with over 150 weekend trips.
c. There was consensus from Commissioners that sufficient information was provided by staff regarding the development application prior to the planned January public hearing.
6. Review and Approve November 2007 Meeting Minutes a. The minutes were approved with minor changes.
7. Staff Report and Updates (Weekly) a. Commissioners reviewed the staff weekly.
8. Additional Discussion of Agenda Items / Other Items a. Ms. Sanders distributed a copy of the draft fiscal year 2009 Capital Improvements Program.
b. There was a discussion about agenda items for future meetings.
