The City's Development Review Procedures Manual (1.9 MB) describes and implements the applications and procedures of the Rockville Zoning Ordinance.
The manual is intended to give citizens, developers, applicants, staff and other interested parties a comprehensive overview of what is involved in processing development applications and to ensure accurate, complete and timely application review.
