- Adoption of a resolution to authorize the City to participate with Montgomery County, Montgomery County Public Schools, Montgomery College, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission, the Housing Opportunities Housing Commission, and the District of Columbia, referred to collectively as the Aggregated Group, to undertake an aggregated, cooperative, competitive, procurement of electric supply.
