Financial Reports
Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR)
The CAFR is an annual financial report that is prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).  The CAFR has three major sections:  introductory, financial, and statistical and is audited in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS).  The report is management's representation of the City's finances and is audited by an independent firm of certified public accountants.

Popular Annual Financial Reports (PAFR)
The PAFR summarizes the City's financial position at the end of the fiscal year.  The PAFR highlights how tax dollars were spent, major initiatives, and ongoing financial challenges and opportunities.  The PAFR  combines financial information presented in the CAFR and future information as estimated in the budget.

Quarterly Financial Reports
The Quarterly Financial Reports present quarterly revenue and expenditures data for the City's General and Enterprise Funds.  These reports are prepared on a modified accrual basis consistent with the City's budget and financial statements.
