The following is a list of development review applications submitted to the Community Planning and Development Services Department that are currently under review. The application status is updated as the application moves through the development review process. Once an application is acted upon by its final Approving Authority, it will be moved to the list of Approved Applications.

Projects are listed numerically by address and include a case file number, brief description, application status and staff contact. To find out more about a project, click "View Details" under a specific project. To view a project's location in the City, click "View Project Location" under a specific project and click on the highlighted parcel for more information. Updates to this list are made weekly, or as needed. Please note that every effort is made to ensure that the information provided is up-to-date. If there are any questions on a specific project, please contact the Project Planner associated with the project in question.
