Rockville Launches Rockville Reports Redesign in Print, on Web

ROCKVILLE, Md., May 17, 2010 -Rockville launched on May 14 a redesigned version of its monthly newsletter Rockville Reports in print and on the web.

The eight-page newsletter now features an easier-to-read format that includes more information, better highlights the numerous free events offered in the city and showcases the efforts of residents in the community.

In addition to redesigning the look and format of the print version, Rockville Reports is also redesigned on the web, www.rockvillemd.gov/rockvillereports, where readers will find an easier-to-read design, a simplified system for finding and navigating through articles, and links embedded in stories to help readers learn more about certain topics.

Readers can also send comments about specific articles and Rockville Reports to the Communication Division.

The latest edition of Rockville Reports should be arriving in resident and business mailboxes this week and the web version of the May/June edition is posted now.

In this edition, readers will find a special insert dedicated to Hometown Holidays—the city's three-day music and entertainment festival in Town Center—as well as stories on the city's Fiscal Year 2011 budget, crime statistics, water main rehabilitation and how the Mayor and Council are celebrating Rockville's 150th anniversary.
