Rockville Police Charge Two in Stabbing; Seek Third Suspect
 
ROCKVILLE, Md., July 14, 2010 -The Rockville City Police Department charged two suspects for their role in the stabbing of two men on July 8 in East Rockville. A warrant has been issued for a third suspect and arrangements are being made for his surrender.

On Friday, July 9, Joshua Bernard LaFrance, 24, of no fixed address, was charged with one count each of attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault and reckless endangerment. He is being held at the Montgomery County Detention Center on $250,000 bond.

On Saturday, July 10, Catherine Jane Devin, 21, of no fixed address, was charged with one count of accessory after the fact. She was released from the Montgomery County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.

The two victims, who are acquaintances of the suspects, were taken to Suburban Hospital where they underwent surgery for their injuries. Both have been released.

Police are still investigating the circumstances of the fight at this time.
