Rockville Police Charge Germantown Man in Residential Burglary
 
ROCKVILLE, Md., July 14, 2010 -The Rockville City Police Department charged a Germantown man for his role in the burglary of a home located in the Horizon Hill neighborhood.

Joseph Kevin Doswell, age 25, of the 19000 block of Circle Gate Drive, was charged with one count each of first-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property and theft scheme of $10,000-$100,000.
 
A home in the Horizon Hill neighborhood was broken into some time between April 19 and 20. No one was home at the time of the incident. The homeowners were able to help police develop the suspect.
 
On Tuesday, July 13, a search and seizure warrant was issued for Doswell's address. Rockville City Police did not find any items taken from the property at the address.
 
Later that evening, Rockville Police located Doswell at his place of employment in Rockville and arrested him. Doswell was taken to the Rockville City Police Department, where he was advised of his rights, which he waived before confessing to the burglary and to selling the items.
 
Doswell is being held at the Montgomery County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
