City of Rockville Teams Up with State's Attorney's Office to Raise Awareness on Bullying and Cyberbullying

Rockville, Md., May 26, 2011- The City of Rockville will be hosting a bullying and cyberbullying awareness night on Tuesday, June 14, 6:30-8 p.m. The event will be held at Lincoln Park Community Center, 357 Frederick Avenue. Parents, teens and children (3rd-6th grades) are welcome to attend. 

"Bullying and cyberbullying are serious issues of which parents, teens and children should all be aware," said Yvette Yeboah, acting Lincoln Park Community Center supervisor. "The City of Rockville is dedicated to preparing our young people to be able to confront these problems head on and reduce the number of these unfortunate instances."
