ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS
12/22/09-(8:00 p.m.) Male juvenile, age 17, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana, possession of CDS-paraphernalia and trespassing following a complaint in the100 block of Gibbs Street. The male juvenile was transported to the Montgomery County Police Department’s 1st District Station for processing and released into the custody of his mother.
01/03/10-(12:46 a.m.) Richard Michael Nusser, M, age 21, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 500 block of Crabb Avenue. Mr. Nusser was transported to the Central processing Unit for processing.
ASSAULT ARRESTS
12/23/09-(11:25 p.m.) James Edward Thompson, M, age 33, of Rockville, was arrested for 1st and 2nd degree assault following a complaint in the 1100 block of Regal Oak Drive. Mr. Thompson was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
12/25/09-(12:28 a.m.) Jeffrey Brian Johnson, M, age 45, of Rockville, was arrested for 2nd degree assault following a complaint in the 100 block of Frederick Avenue. Mr. Johnson was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
12/31/09-(1:15 a.m. – 1:45 a.m.) David Everett Colton, M, age 47, of Bethesda, was arrested for 2nd degree assault following a complaint in the 200 block of East Middle Lane. Mr. Colton was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
SEX OFFENSE
01/01/10-(1:30 p.m.) Taizye Chirwa, M, age 26, of Montgomery Village, was arrested for urinating in public and indecent exposure following a complaint in the 400 block of Lincoln Street. Mr. Chirwa was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
THEFT ARRESTS
12/20/09-(1:45 p.m.) Leopoldo Mendez Juezan, II, M, age 29, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for theft following a complaint in the 1700 block of Rockville Pike. Mr. Juezan was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
OTHER ARRESTS
12/25/09-(12:30 a.m. – 12:35 a.m.) Tsepang Nkutha, M, age 21, of Silver Spring, was arrested for urinating in public and possession of an open container of alcohol in public following a complaint in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Nkutha was issued two criminal citations and released.
12/27/09-(2:00 a.m. – 2:03 a.m.) Henry D. Chavez, M, age 22, of Rockville, was arrested for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and failing to obey a lawful order in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Chavez was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
12/30/09-(2:31 a.m.) Marissa Ester Amour, F, age 20, and Christopher George Fettus, M, age 19, and Kelly Lee Swann, F, age 19, all of Rockville, and Joseph Outmezguine, M, age 20, of Silver Spring were arrested for possession of alcohol under the age of 21 in the unit block of Elmcroft Court. Ms. Amour, Mr. Fettus, Ms. Swann and Mr. Outmezguine were all issued citations and released.
01/04/10-(2:25 a.m. – 2:40 a.m.) Israel Lemos Diaz, M, age 25, of Rockville, was arrested for failing to obey a lawful order and urinating in public following a complaint in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Diaz was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
01/04/10-(3:55 a.m.) Anael Claros Del Cid, M, age 33, of Rockville, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 5900 block of Holland Road. Mr. Claros Del Cid was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
DUI ARRESTS
12/24/09-(12:30 a.m.) Nicholas Roberto Arguero, M, age 22, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Wootton Parkway and West Edmonston Drive. Mr. Arguero was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
12/26/09-(11:30 p.m. – 11:39 p.m.) Andrew William Sheets, M, age 18, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Tower Oaks Boulevard and I-270. Mr. Sheets was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
12/29/09-(1:31 a.m.) Omari Jumaane Israel, M, age 25, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic accident in the 300 block of North Van Buren Street. Mr. Israel was transported to Central Processing Unit for processing.
01/01/10-(1:41 a.m.) Jorge Olando Uriarte, M, age 28, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Norbeck Road and Avery Road. Mr. Uriate was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
01/02/10-(1:08 a.m.) Trayon Fronshay Hill, M, age 28, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Hungerford Drive and Mannakee Street. Mr. Hill was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
01/03/10-(12:57 a.m.) Cassandra Genevieve Clark, M, age 44, of Germantown, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the Unit block of Church Street. Ms. Clark was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
01/03/10-(1:55 a.m. – 2:55 a.m.) Jon Brynjar Bacos, M, age 48, of Annapolis, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Tower Oaks Boulevard and I-270. Mr. Bacos was transported to the Maryland State Police Department’s Rockville Barracks for processing and released.

12/30/09-(6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) 1100 block of Taft Street, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry by prying the locks on a rear door of a bakery. No entry was made.
01/02/10-(12:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.) Unit block of Alsace Lane, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by breaking a glass panel on a rear door of a residence. Nothing taken.
01/02/10-(4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.) 300 block of Lorraine Drive, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access through an unlocked front window. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a camera, U.S. currency, a checkbook, a wallet, a cell phone and a gift card.
