A R R E S T S
ILLEGAL DRUG ARREST
12/08/09-(7:26 p.m.) Devin Byron Dorsey, M, age 30, of Germantown, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana, possession of CDS-paraphernalia and resisting arrest following a complaint at the intersection of McArthur Drive and Charles Road. Mr. Dorsey was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
12/08/09-(8:06 p.m.) William Arthur Sims, M, age 47, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 300 block of North Van Buren Street. Mr. Sims was issued a criminal citation and released.
12/09/09-(10:25 p.m.) Kevin Adrian Cox, M, age 19; Celson Bladimir Reyes, M, age 20; and Dylan Joseph Castle, M, age 18, all of Rockville, were arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana following a complaint in the 500 block of Calvin Lane. Mr. Cox, Mr. Reyes and Mr. Castle were all transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
THEFT ARRESTS
12/07/09-(3:34 p.m.) Donald Steward, M, age 41, of Washington, D.C. was arrested for shoplifting and 2nd degree assault following a complaint in the 1900 block of Chapman Avenue. Mr. Steward was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
OTHER ARRESTS
12/10/09-(2:55 a.m. – 3:00 a.m.) Anteah Yenafanta, M, age 44, of no fixed address, was arrested for trespassing following a complaint in the 13200 block of Atlantic Avenue. Mr. Yenafanta was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
DUI ARRESTS
12/08/09-(12:30 a.m.) Julio Alberto Cruz Cedillo, M, age 25, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following an accident in the 900 block of Lewis Avenue. Mr. Cruz Cedillo was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
12/10/09-(12:10 a.m.) Christopher Chankew Song, M, age 26, of Ellicott City, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the unit block of Mannakee Street. Mr. Song was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
12/13/09-(4:35 a.m. – 4:38 a.m.) Raul Castillo, M, age 25, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of East Jefferson Street and Rockville Pike. Mr. Castillo was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.
12/13/09-(5:23 a.m.) Angela James, F, age 33, of Silver Spring, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Baltimore Road and Twinbrook Parkway. Ms. James was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

12/08/09-12/09/09-(10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) 100 block of Halpine Road, unknown suspect(s) removed miscellaneous clothing, comforters, blankets, sheets, luggage and a GPS system with charger from two vehicles.
12/10/09-(9:15 p.m.) 2100 block of Veirs Mill Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a customer’s wallet and its contents from a table in a restaurant.
12/09/09-12/10/09-(6:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.) 100 block of Halpine Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a television from a recreation room at an apartment building.
BURGLARIES
12/08/09-12/09/09-(2:00 p.m. – 9:43 a.m.) 15800 block of Shady Grove Road, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means through a front door of a business. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed television.
12/09/09-12/10/09-(11:56 p.m. – 3:20 a.m.) 400 block of Casey Lane, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means into a community center. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed 2 televisions and a wall mount.
12/12/09-(2:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) 700 block of Fallsgrove Drive, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means into an apartment. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop and speakers.
