A fun event for everyone! The 7th annual Ride & Stride for Rockville is an organized bike ride and fun run/walk to benefit Rockville’s Youth Recreation Fund. Back by popular demand are the 2 and 5 mile run/walk routes, and of course your choice of a leisurely 12 mile bike ride or a challenging 28 mile bike ride. This event is fitting for all ages! In addition to food and prizes, there will be valuable health information and screenings available before and after the event.
