Teens on the Go 2012- 3 Steps to Fun Registration begins on May 10th for both residents & non-residents #1 Sign Up for Teens on the Go: “Teens on the Go” is a summer program for youth, in grades 6-10, held Monday through Friday. Hours will vary depending on the trip destination. Teens will be picked-up and dropped-off daily at one location that they choose and enjoy various recreational trips and events. In order to participate in the “Teens on the Go Trips” you must first register as a member for the summer by selecting one pick-up/drop-off location. This is a one-time fee.

TRIP NOTES:
- All trips will be held rain or shine, except for Monday and Friday swim days. Call the office for updates, 240-314-8634.
- Trips may be canceled due to insufficient registration. A cancellation letter will be mailed one week prior to the trip date.
- An alternative trip may be offered in the event a trip is cancelled. This is always our first option. Please be sure we have your correct email address on file, if available.
- Detailed trip information will be mailed a week prior to the trip date. If you do not receive a letter, call 240-314-8634.
- In the event a trip ends early, participants will participate in supervised games/activities at a City of Rockville Community Center until the scheduled pick up time.
#3 Meet Us: At your designated pick-up/drop-off location on the day of the trip and BE READY FOR SOME FUN!
Teen Lounges (Grades 6-8)
There is nothing better than hanging out with your friends after school at the fun, safe and laid back Teen Lounge. Enjoy computers with Internet access, Sony Playstation, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, sports, table tennis, computer games, field trips, craft projects and, of course, homework time. New this year are enrichment clubs such as pottery, cooking and nutrition, swim and fitness, and more. Daily attendance is encouraged but not required. Transportation is provided by the City of Rockville from Earle B. Wood middle school and by MCPS from Julius West middle school. Program is held on half-days, noon-6:30 p.m. Closed holidays or on days when MCPS schools are closed. For additional information, call 240-314-8634.
