Household Hazardous Waste
Rockville will collect household hazardous waste by appointment. Call 240-314-8568 weekdays, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., to schedule an appointment and for instructions for how to set materials out for collection. In addition, self-hauling waste to the Montgomery County Transfer Station (1601 Frederick Road) is an option.

| Liquids and Chemicals: (must be in original containers or in a clearly marked container, then placed in a box labeled “HAZMAT”). Place box in a secure area, such as the top of your driveway, to prevent spills. | |||
