The developer for the Thirty Oaks subdivision on West Montgomery Avenue will be completing storm drain improvements for the storm drain system that crosses Aberdeen Road at the intersection of Calvert Road. The improvements were required as part of City approvals to reduce the potential for street flooding. The City is in the final stages of plan approval and will issue the permit was issued to the developer on July 12, 2004. The storm drain upgrade project is scheduled to begin mid-August and be completed by mid-September. A small portion of Calvert Road will be closed for approximately five (5) days, likely in late August. Access to all houses will be maintained, at all times.
