Neighborhood Advisory

The City of Rockville has received requests to provide public water and sewer to properties along Dav Road.  At this time, the City has no plans to provide service to this area, but is willing to do so.  In order for the City to provide such services, it is necessary that the properties annex into the City and pay for certain costs associated with the extension of these public services.

The City would like to meet with all property owners to discuss some of the details regarding public water and sewer extensions to Dav Road.  The meeting will take place on Monday, August 27, 2007, at the corner of Dav Road and Dundee Road at 6:00 p.m.
