Commercial Construction Fire Inspection Request

Complete the following form and select the submit button to request an inspection of your commercial construction project by a Fire Inspector of the Inspection Services Division. The form can only be used for requesting inspections for commercial construction projects located within the city limits of the City of Rockville.

Request an inspection for a multifamily dwelling within Montgomery County.

The following shall be on-site at the time of the inspection or test:
· Record of completion (fire alarm)
 
· Certificate of Aboveground/Underground Testing (sprinkler system/fire mains)
 
· Original approved drawings and associated construction documents
 
· Manufacturers' information, including installation manuals
 
· Building is posted with notification of testing (when fire alarm will be sounded)
 
· Contractors or other knowledgeable individuals capable and authorized to demonstrate the function of the life safety and fire protection systems associated with the project
