Complete the following form and select the submit button to request an inspection of your facility by the Inspection Services Division. The form can only be used for requesting inspections for facilities located within the city limits of the City of Rockville.

* Planning approval may be required prior to scheduling an inspection. Contact the City of Rockville Planning Division at 240-314-8220 to determine if approval is required.

Facility Information
I acknowledge that the following fee is due at the time of inspection. Fees must be presented in the form of a check or money order; cash cannot be accepted. The inspection will not be conducted if the fee is not received at the time of inspection. Please do not mail the fee to the City of Rockville.
