Residential Construction Fire Inspection Request

Complete the following form to request an inspection of your residential construction project by a Fire Inspector from the Inspection Services Division. The form can only be used for requesting inspections for construction projects:

for single family detached homes, duplexes, and townhouses; and
located within the city limits of the City of Rockville.

Request a residential inspection within Montgomery County.

Multifamily dwellings such as apartment buildings are commercial buildings and inspection requests for these buildings must be made on the Commercial Construction Request form.

Final fire inspection of residential construction (only required for residential buildings with residential fire sprinklers)

· Manufacturers' information, including installation manuals
