Drop-in times are held once a month on Monday evening prior to the Mayor and Council meeting from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Call the City Clerk’s Office at 240-314-8280 to sign up. Testify at a public hearing. Public hearings are held during regular Mayor and Council meetings and are topic specific. To speak, call the City Clerk’s Office at 240-314-8280 by 4 p.m. on the date of the hearing. Individuals are allowed three minutes to speak, and persons representing organizations are allowed five minutes.
