ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS

01/14/08-(7:43 p.m.) Jacob Esterque, M, age 26, of Germantown, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic violation stop at the intersection of Hungerford Drive and Beall Avenue.  Mr. Esterque was issued a criminal citation and released at the scene.

01/15/08-(4:30 p.m.) David Christopher Brown, M, age 21, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic violation stop at the intersection of Twinbrook Parkway and Veirs Mill Road.  Mr. Brown was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

01/16/08-(12:45 a.m.) Jose Santos Cedillo Cedillo, M, age 22; Nerjy Cedillo, M, age 19; and Nelson Ramos, M, age 24, all of Rockville were arrested for possession of CDS cocaine following a complaint in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road.  All three subjects were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

01/19/08-(2:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) Travis Lee Jenkins, M, age 19, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana following a complaint in the 100 block of Paul Drive.  Mr. Jenkins was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

THEFT ARRESTS

01/14/08-(8:26 p.m.) Stephanie David Palfalvi, F, age 30, of Rockville, was arrested for shoplifting following a complaint in the 300 block of Hungerford Drive. Ms. Palfalvi was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

01/15/08-(6:40 p.m.) Rodney Marshall Thomas, M, age 31, of North Carolina, was arrested for theft and possession of counterfeit DVDs following a traffic violation stop in the 1000 block of Rockville Pike.  Mr. Thomas was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

01/18/08-(7:24 p.m.) Manuel Cedillo-Romero, M, age 25, of no fixed address was arrested for shoplifting following a complaint in the 1900 block of Veirs Mill Road.  Mr. Cedillo-Romero was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
 
ASSAULT ARRESTS

01/20/08-(12:27 a.m.) Ozell Mickey Wenneh, M, age 23, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for simple assault following a complaint in the 400 block of Hungerford Drive.  Mr. Wenneh was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

OTHER ARRESTS

01/06/08-(12:18 a.m. – 12:30 a.m.) Hugo Barahona, M, age 33, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing following a complaint in the 300 block of Edmonston Drive.  Mr. Barahona was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

01/18/08-(1:00 p.m. – 7:37 a.m.) Arlene Schlein Golum, F, age 72, of Rockville, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following a hit and run complaint in the 800 block of Rockville Pike.  Ms. Golum was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

01/18/08-(4:26 p.m.) Perry Worthington Snowden, M, age 48, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing following a complaint in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue.  Mr. Snowden was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
 
DUI ARRESTS

01/16/08-(5:48 p.m.) Panagiotis Stellakis, M, age 59, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic accident at the intersection of Twinbrook Parkway and Veirs Mill Road.  Mr. Stellakis was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

THEFTS

01/03/08-01/14/08-(1:01 a.m. – 1:01 a.m.) 200 block of Richard Montgomery Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a nail gun from a school.

01/13/08-01/14/08-(8:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) 1700 block of Glastonberry Road, unknown suspect(s) removed two DVD players from an unlocked unattended vehicle.

01/14/08-(8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.) 600 block of Hungerford Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed U.S. currency from a purse in an office.

01/14/08-(9:00 a.m. – 5:40 p.m.) 200 block of Bradley Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed a radio, a spoiler, two mufflers, and 4 springs from an unattended vehicle.

01/14/08-(3:00 p.m.) 200 block of Rockville Pike, unknown suspect(s) removed a purse containing U.S. currency, an identification card and a credit card from a passenger on a bus.

01/20/08-(4:35 p.m.) 15100 block of Frederick Road, unknown suspect(s) a purse containing a cell phone, an identification card, U.S. currency, credit cards and misc. papers from a customer at a grocery store.

01/21/08-(11:00 a.m. – 4:48 p.m.) 2100 block of Gaither Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system and a cell phone from an unattended vehicle.

BURGLARIES

12/29/07-01/04/08-(7:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.) 600 block of Elmcroft Boulevard, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means to an apartment.  Once inside unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop computer.

01/13/08-01/14/08-(9:58 p.m. – 7:02 a.m.) 1300 block of Piccard Drive, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by prying a lock of a vacant office.  Nothing taken.

01/13/08-01/14/08-(9:58 p.m. – 7:02 a.m.) 1300 block of Piccard Drive, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by breaking through a wall of an adjacent office.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a television, a computer, and identification badges.

01/18/08-(1:40 a.m. – 1:47 a.m.) 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by break out the side door of a nightclub.  Once inside, the unknown suspect(s) U.S. currency. 

01/18/08-(9:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.) 100 block of King Farm Boulevard, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access through a front door of a residence.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a safe, a passport, an Ipod, jewelry, a laptop computer, a backpack, a camera, and several video games.

01/18/08-01/19/08-(9:00 p.m. – 7:35 a.m.) Unit block of Maryland Avenue, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means through a rear door of a retail store.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a safe, U.S. currency, checks and a bank deposit bag.
