ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS

02/05/08-(11:45 a.m.) Leah Elaine Ahdoot, F, age 27, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana and driving under the influence following a traffic violation stop at the intersection of Route 355 and Beall Avenue.  Ms. Ahdoot was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

02/06/08-(12:50 a.m.) Sean Patrick Dunn, M, age 26, of Damascus, and Michael Stanley Santo, M, age 41, of Gaithersburg were arrested; Mr. Santo for possession of CDS-cocaine and Mr. Dunn for driving under the influence following a traffic violation stop at the intersection of West Jefferson Street and South Adams Street. Both Mr. Santo and Mr. Dunn were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

02/07/08-(2:53 a.m.) David Ira Hull, M, age 56, of Smithsburg, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana following a complaint in the 600 block of Hungerford Drive.  Mr. Hull was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

02/11/08-(12:25 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.) Faydra Ebony Commodore, F, age 20, of Silver Spring, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana following a vehicle pursuit, which resulted in a traffic stop at the intersection of South Frederick Avenue and North Westland Drive.  Ms. Commodore was issued a traffic citation and transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

THEFT ARRESTS

02/03/08-(10:45 a.m. – 10:52 a.m.) Anna Michelle Pace, F, age 37, of Rockville, was arrested for shoplifting following a complaint in the 1900 block of Veirs Mill Road.  Ms. Pace was issued a criminal citation and a trespass letter and released.

02/08/08-(1:35 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.) Wendy Celeste Bernard, F, age 38, of Silver Spring, was arrested for shoplifting following a complaint in the 800 block of Rockville Pike.  Ms. Bernard was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

ASSAULT ARRESTS

02/07/08-(10:50 p.m.) Thong Huu Bui, M, age 40, of Rockville, was arrested for 2nd degree domestic assault following a complaint in the 200 block of King Farm Boulevard.  Mr. Bui was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

OTHER ARRESTS

02/05/08-(6:12 p.m. – 6:50 p.m.) Fuad Mohamed Al-Saghir, M, age 33, of Rockville, was arrested for violating a protection order following a complaint in the 5900 block of Ridgeway Avenue. Mr. Al-Saghir was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

02/0608-(9:10 a.m.) Ronald Golson, Jr., M, age 35 of Rockville, was arrested for trespassing following a complaint in the 800 block of Baltimore Road.  Mr. Golson was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

GRAFFITI ARRESTS

02/08/08-(8:29 p.m.) Male Juvenile, age 16; Male Juvenile, age 17; and Benjamin Bernard Welmond, age 18, all of Rockville, were arrested for malicious destruction of property following a complaint in the 2100 block of Wootton Parkway.  In addition, the 16-year-old Male juvenile was also charged with malicious destruction of property for three earlier incidents that occurred in January 2008 in the 100 block of Gibbs Street.  Both Male juveniles were released into the custody of their parents.  Mr. Welmond was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

DUI ARRESTS

02/03/08-(1:56 a.m.) Michael Christopher Bagarus, M, age 25, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic violation stop at the intersection of Interstate 270 and West Montgomery Avenue.   Mr. Bagarus was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

02/09/08-(2:00 a.m. – 2:10 a.m.) Paige Alison English, F, age 23, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic violation stop in the 5700 block of Norbeck Road.  Ms. English was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

THEFTS

02/05/08-(12:27 p.m.) 1700 block of Rockville Pike, unknown suspect(s) removed a camping stove from a sporting goods store.

02/05/08-02/06/08-(9:00 p.m. – 1:01 a.m.) Unit block of Camden Court, unknown suspect(s) removed U.S. currency and a briefcase from an unlocked unattended vehicle.

02/05/08-02/06/08-(10:00 p.m. – 8:30 a.m.) 1700 block of Sunrise Court, unknown suspect(s) removed three pairs of shoes, two bottles of cologne, and a prescription from an unlocked unattached vehicle.

02/06/08-(6:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) Unit block of Mannakee Street, unknown suspect(s) removed a wallet containing U.S. currency, credit cards and a driver’s license from a purse in a college classroom.

02/07/08-(2:45 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) 2100 block of Baltimore Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a cell phone, two Ipods, and U.S. currency from a high school locker room.

02/08/08-02/09/08-(10:30 p.m. – 7:10 a.m.) 1300 block of Piccard Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a briefcase, two suitcases, assorted clothing, a credit card and a checkbook from an unattended vehicle. 

BURGLARIES

01/06/08-02/02/08-(12:00 a.m. – 12:40 p.m.) 800 block of Reserve Champion Drive, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means through a locked front door of an apartment.  Nothing taken.

02/03/08-02/04/08-(3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) 5900 block of Lemay Road, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by breaking a rear window of a residence. Nothing taken.

02/05/08-(1:30 p.m.) 300 block of North Van Buren Street, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by unknown means through a front door of an apartment.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed assorted clothing, a video game console, two video games, three DVDs, several CDs, two cameras and a portable DVD player.

02/06/08-(10:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.) 200 block of Jay Drive, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained unknown access to an apartment.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed two laptops, a television, an Ipod, a camera and assorted jewelry.

02/09/08-(7:30 p.m.) 700 block of Grandin Avenue, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by breaking a rear basement window of a residence.  Nothing taken.
