02/18/08-(8:03 p.m.) Chester Lewis Addison, M, age 52, of Rockville was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic violation stop in the 300 block of Frederick Road.  Mr. Addison was issued a criminal citation and released from the scene.

02/18/08-(10:00 p.m.) Pedro Alexander Lazo, M, age 19, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic violation stop at the intersection of Baltimore Road and Edmonston Drive.  Mr. Lazo was issued a criminal and traffic citations and released at the scene.

02/20/08-(4:55 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) Bryan George Dusch, M, age 18, and Eric Benjamin Pores, M, age 18, and Jason Barrett Redmon, M, age 19, all of Rockville, were arrested for Mr. Dusch for disorderly conduct and kindling a fire; Mr. Pores for disorderly conduct, kindling a fire and remove/alter required label from a prescription bottle; and Mr. Redmon for disorderly conduct, kindling a fire, possession of CDS-paraphernalia and possession of CDS-marijuana following a complaint in the 200 block of North Van Buren Street.  Mr. Dusch, Mr. Pores and Mr. Redmon were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

02/19/08-(5:09 p.m.) Jean Frederick Charles, M, age 28, of Rockville, was arrested for 2 counts of firearm drug trafficking crime, 1 count of possession of fireworks, 2 count of CDS-paraphernalia, 3 counts of possession of CDS-cocaine, 1 count of possession of CDS-marijuana, 1 count of possession with intent to distribute CDS-cocaine, 1 count of possession with intent to distribute CDS-marijuana and 1 count of removal/alter required label from a prescription bottle following a burglary investigation complaint in the 600 block of Elmcroft Boulevard.  Mr. Charles was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

02/19/08-(8:05 a.m.) Martin James McCauley, M, age 25, of Hendon, was arrested for 2 counts of possession of concealed dangerous weapons (butterfly knife and a mini bat) following a traffic violation stop at the intersection of Rockville Pike and Edmonston Drive.  Mr. McCauley was issued 3 traffic citations and transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
