ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS 

02/29/08-(10:35 a.m.) Cervantes Thomas, F, age 23, of Landover, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana and obstructing and hindering a police investigation following a traffic violation stop in the 100 block of Maryland Avenue.  Ms. Thomas was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

ASSAULT ARRESTS

02/21/08-(1:23 a.m.) Christian Frederick Schorm, M, age 28, of unknown address, was arrested for simple assault on a police officer following a complaint in the unit block of Preserve Parkway.  Mr. Schorm was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

02/26/08-(9:05 p.m.) Male juvenile, age 16, and Female juvenile, age 15, both of Rockville, were arrested: Male juvenile for 2nd degree assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct; Female juvenile for disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 200 block of Richard Montgomery Avenue.  Both juveniles were transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released into the custody of their parents.

ROBBERY ARRESTS

02/29/08-(8:05 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) Kossivi Timothy Anthony, M, age 18, of Burtonsville, Michael Antonio Smith, M, age 19, and Ermias Amhaa Kassaye, M, age 18, both of Silver Spring, were arrested for strong arm robbery, 2nd degree assault, and theft following a complaint in the 400 block of Twinbrook Parkway.  Mr. Anthony, Mr. Smith and Mr. Kassaye were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

BURGLARY ARREST

02/25/06-(9:45 a.m.) Male juvenile, age 15, of Calverton, was arrested for 4th degree burglary following a complaint in the 300 block of Cedar Lane.  The male juvenile was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released to the custody of the Noyes Children Center.
SEX OFFENSE ARREST

02/26/08-(9:00 p.m.) Wayne Duke Morgan, M, age 49, of no fixed address, was arrested for indecent exposure following a complaint in the 100 block of Halpine Road.  Mr. Morgan was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

OTHER ARRESTS

02/25/08-(10:45 p.m.) Noel Ceballos-Garcia, M, age 33, of Takoma Park, was arrested for trespassing and resisting arrest following a complaint in the 1800 block of McAuliffe Drive.  Mr. Ceballos-Garcia was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

02/29/08-(8:43 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.) Jareth Francisco Garcia, M, age 24, of Rockville, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a complaint in 400 block of College Parkway.  Mr. Garcia was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

DUI ARRESTS

02/29/08-(1:26 a.m.) Aung Thu Soe, M, age 23, of Germantown, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Veirs Mill Road and Twinbrook Parkway.  Mr. Soe was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

03/03/08-(12:30 a.m.) Jose Adilio Argueta, M, age 42, of Rockville, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic violation stop in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road.  Mr. Argueta was transported to the Montgomery County Police Department’s 1st District Station for processing and released.

THEFTS

02/22/08-02/29/08-(3:15 p.m. – 2:05 p.m.) 700 block of Dover Road, unknown suspect(s) removed several tools from a hardware supply store.

02/29/08-(7:00 a.m. – 7:05 am.) Unit block of Mannakee Street, unknown suspect(s) removed a cell phone from an unattended bag in a college classroom.

BURGLARIES

02/23/08-02/24/08-(4:30 p.m. 3:00 p.m.) 300 block of Misty Knoll Drive, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by entering an unlocked garage door. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a scooter.

02/26/08-(10:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) 500 block of Woodston Road, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by climbing through an unlocked rear window.  Unknown items taken.

02/27/08-(6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) 100 block of Talbott Street, unknown suspect(s) gained unknown access to an apartment.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed two laptops and an Ipod.
