ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS 

03/04/08-(2:09 a.m.) Joshua Richard Cusworth, M, age 33, of King George, Virginia, and Kris Faliciano, F, age 29, of Germantown, were arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana following a complaint in the 1000 block of Rockville Pike. Mr. Cusworth and Ms. Faliciano were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

03/04/08-(3:20 a.m. – 4:15 a.m.) Donald Martin Ritorto, M, age 43, of Poolesville, was arrested for possession of CDS-cocaine following a traffic violation stop at the intersection of West Jefferson Street and South Washington Street.  Mr. Ritorto was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

ASSAULT ARRESTS

02/29/08-(6:15 p.m.) John William Pratt, M, age 34, of Rockville, was arrested for aggravated assaulted following a complaint at the intersection of Baltimore Road and South Horners Lane. Mr. Pratt was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

03/05/08-(6:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.) Juan Antonio Cruz-Leiva, M, age 26, of Rockville, was arrested for assaulting a police officer following a disorderly complaint at the intersection of Veirs Mill Road and Twinbrook Parkway.  Mr. Cruz-Leiva was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

ROBBERY ARRESTS

03/04/08-(4:40 p.m.) Gregory Alexes Robinson, M, age 28, of Rockville, was arrested for strong-arm robbery and assault following a complaint in the 200 block of Rockville Pike.  Mr. Robinson was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

BURGLARY/ARSON ARRESTS

03/09/08-(1:26 a.m. – 1:44 a.m.) two Male juveniles, ages 15 and a Male juvenile, age 16, all of Rockville were arrested for 4th degree burglary, 2nd degree arson and theft following a complaint in the unit block of Scotch Mist Court.  All three juveniles were transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released into the custody of their parents.
 
OTHER ARRESTS

02/25/08-(9:17 a.m.) Ronald Lamonte Greene, M, age 47, of Rockville, was arrested for drinking in public following a complaint at the intersection of Southlawn Lane and North Horners Lane.  During the investigation it was discovered that Mr. Greene also had an outstanding warrant from Dorchester County for 2nd degree assault.  Mr. Greene was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

DUI ARRESTS

03/07/08-(8:30 p.m.) Michael Richard Ulrich, M, age 25, of Landover Hills, was arrested for driving under the influence following a disorderly complaint in the 9400 block of Blackwell Road.  Mr. Ulrich was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

03/08/08-(12:30 a.m. – 12:32 a.m.) Daniel Alberto Linares, M, age 32, of Adelphi, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic violation stop at the intersection of Norbeck Road and Avery Road.  Mr. Linares was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

03/09/08-(1:15 a.m. – 1:19 a.m.) Angel Leonel Ortiz-Paz, M, age 29, of Alexandria, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic violation stop in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road.  Mr. Ortiz-Paz was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

THEFTS

03/03/08-(3:40 p.m.) 2200 block of Research Boulevard, unknown suspects removed a GPS system from an unattended vehicle.

03/03/08-03/04/08-(5:00 p.m. – 10:00 a.m.) 100 block of North Washington Street, unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop from an unsecured room in an office suite.

03/04/08-(7:50 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) 400 block of Blandford Street, unknown suspect(s) removed video game console, an Ipod and a video game charger from an apartment.

03/05/08-(10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.) Unit block of Mannakee Street, unknown suspect(s) removed a computer bag containing a laptop and computer accessories from a college library.

03/03/08-03/04/08-(11:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) 100 block of Rollins Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system from an unattended vehicle.

03/06/08-03/07/08-(5:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) 700 block of Monroe Street, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS system from an unattended vehicle.

03/07/08-03/08/08-(5:30 p.m. – 9:30 a.m.) 200 block of Congressional Lane, unknown suspect(s) removed 4 tires and 4 hubcaps from an unattended vehicle.

03/09/08-03/09/08-(1:19 p.m. – 1:24 p.m.) 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road, unknown suspect(s) removed a puppy from a pet store.

BURGLARIES

02/29/08-03/05/08-(12:00 p.m. – 1:31 p.m.) Unit block of Owens Court, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access through a rear basement window.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a checkbook, dishes, U.S. currency, collector’s coins, a guitar and jewelry.

02/29/08-03/03/08-(6:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.) 15800 block of Shady Grove Road, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by prying open a side door of to an office suite.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed U.S. currency and postal stamps.

02/29/08-03/03/08-(6:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.) 15800 block of Shady Grove Road, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by prying open a rear door of to an office suite.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a set of keys, U.S. currency and a company credit card.

03/05/08-(5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) 300 block of Grandin Avenue, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by forcing open a rear door of a residence.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed a piggy bank and U. S. currency.

03/08/08-03/09/08-(5:30 p.m. – 2:20 p.m.) 900 block of Hungerford Drive, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained unknown access to an office suite.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed two computers, 3 thumb drives, several cell phones, computer software, computer accessories and miscellaneous documents.
