03/12/08-(2:30 p.m.)  Ana De La Borda, F, age 33, and Luis Ego Aguirre, M, age 32, both of Rockville were arrested for possession of CDS-cocaine, possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 1100 block of Elmcroft Boulevard.  Ms. De La Borda and Mr. Aguirre were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

03/13/08-(1:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) James Walter Steele, M, age 38, and Conley N. Burns, M, age 40, both of Rockville, were arrested for possession with intent to distribute CDS-cocaine, possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 700 block of Monroe Street.  Mr. Steele and Mr. Burns were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

AGGRAVATED ARRESTS

03/16/08-(3:00 a.m. – 3:15 a.m.) Jose Israel Turcios, M, age 51, of Rockville, was arrested for 1st and 2nd degree domestic assault following a complaint in the 400 block of College Parkway. Mr. Turcios was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

BURGLARY ARRESTS

03/14/08-(7:00 p.m. – 7:27 p.m.) Osvaldo Sixtos Leon, M, age 28, of no fixed address, was arrested for 1st degree burglary, 2nd degree assault, trespassing, malicious destruction of property, and disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 200 block of North Horners Lane.  Mr. Leon was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

THEFT ARRESTS

03/11/08-(7:03 p.m. – 7:20 p.m.) Male juvenile, age 17, of Germantown, and Male juvenile age 16, of Rockville, were arrested for: the 17 year old Male juvenile with attempted theft and the 16 year old Juvenile with theft following a shoplifting complaint in the 2200 block of Veirs Mill Road.  Both Male juveniles were transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released into the custody of their parents.
