04/30/08-(10:08 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) Daniel Perez Moreno Coelho, M, age 19; Male juvenile, age 16; and Male juvenile, age 17, all of Rockville; and Male juvenile, age 16, of Silver Spring, were arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana; in addition, the three juveniles were also charged with possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Denham Road. The three male juveniles were transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released into the custody of family members. 05/01/08-(7:10 p.m.) Gregory Twyman, M, age 40, of no fixed address, was arrested for possession of CDS-amphetamines following a complaint in the 1100 block of Taft Street. Mr. Twyman was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
05/03/08-(12:45 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.) Male juvenile, age 17; Male juvenile, age 13; and Male juvenile, age 17, all of Rockville were arrested for: the first male juvenile for driving under the influence; the second and third male juveniles were charged with possession of CDS-marijuana following a disorderly complaint in the 400 block of Congressional Lane. All three juveniles were transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released into the custody of their parents.

ROBBERY ARRESTS
04/29/08 Male juvenile, age 14, and Male juvenile, 15, both of Silver Spring were charged with strong arm robbery and 2nd degree assault following an earlier incident on 4/8/08 in the 200 block of New Mark Esplanade. Both male juveniles were processed at the Rockville City Police Department and released into the custody of their mother.
04/29/08-(10:12 p.m.) Keno Kwame Papius, M, age 18, of Wheaton; Shaunte Mitchell Baker, M, age 22, of Rockville; Lamar Dominique McRoy, M, age 18, and a Male juvenile, age 17, both of Gaithersburg, were arrested for strong arm robbery and 2nd degree assault following a complaint at the intersection of Ardennes Avenue and Aleutian Avenue. During the course of the investigation Mr. Baker was additionally charged with possession of CDS-marijuana. Mr. Papius, Mr. Baker, and Mr. McRoy were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing. The male juvenile was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released into the custody of his brother.
