• 5-foot wide sidewalk entire length of Calvin Lane on the south/east (odd-numbered) side
• 2-foot wide buffer between curb and sidewalk
• Driveway aprons will be replaced
• 26 trees expected to be removed
• 30 trees planted as replacements, per the City’s Street Tree Master Plan

• 4-foot wide sidewalk entire length of Calvin Lane on the south/east (odd-numbered) side
• 2-foot wide buffer between curb and sidewalk except at Lot 17 (513 Calvin Lane), where buffer decreases to 0 feet in order to preserve two large trees
• Driveway aprons will be replaced
• 24 trees expected to be removed
• 29 trees planted as replacements, per the City’s Street Tree Master Plan
