How do I get in touch with Rockville 11?

Why is there no set schedule for the channel on the TV guide?
Because Council meetings are broadcast live, there is no set endpoint. Without a determined ending, we can’t set a specific schedule in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience but remind viewers that all programming is available on demand on our website. 

Do you make copies of your programming available?
We can e-mail you a link to any of our programming – just send us an e-mail at rockville11@rockvillemd.gov or if you need a DVD provide us with a DVD-R (not plus R) and we can make one copy for you.

What is Rockville 11’s relationship to the council?
Rockville 11 is the City’s government cable channel covering everything having to with Rockville City Government. This includes anything happening at City Hall, with the Mayor and Council or City departments. The Council sets their vision priorities and then Rockville 11, along with the rest of the City departments; focuses its work according to those goals and themes.

Internships/Positions
Rockville 11 is always looking for qualified interns for the fall, spring and summer for rising juniors and seniors in college. If interested, e-mail at rockville11@rockvillemd.gov. Students must be able to receive college credit and work at least 20 hours/week.

Where can I watch Rockville 11?
Rockville 11 is available only in Montgomery County on Comcast cable, Verizon Fios and RCN. Rockville 11 also streams their channel 24/7 online at rockvillemd.gov/rockville11.

I want to be a part of a TV show/volunteer my time… how do I get involved?
Our sister station, MCT, is the County’s public access channel and. Contact them directly for volunteer and training opportunities.
