Overall Crime Declines in RockvilleCity Celebrates New Police Department Crime in the City of Rockville continues to decline, according to the latest statistics from the Rockville City Police Department released in March. more City Manager Submits Recommended FY12 Budget Public Hearings to Begin in April City Manager Scott Ullery presented his proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2012 to the Mayor and Council at the March 28 meeting.
