The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center is open year-round and features drop-in swim and exercise along with exceptional classes, lessons and programs for everyone in the family.
Indoor Pools
The center has two heated indoor lap pools: the North Pool has a zero-depth beach entry and six lanes for lap swimming, and the South Pool has six lanes for lap swimming. The center also has a 15-person spa and locker rooms with showers and saunas.
Outdoor Pools
The center has a 50-meter lap pool with one meter and three meter diving boards; a large free-form recreation pool with a waterslide and beach-style entrance; a tot pool with fountains; an interactive "sprayground" with slides, fountains, and waterfalls; locker rooms and a snack bar.
Fitness Center
The center features a new, state-of-the-art fitness room and offers a variety of classes and programs to help you meet your personal health goals.

Need more one-on-one support? A certified fitness trainer is available for consultation and personal training sessions for an additional fee.
Rentals
The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center’s brand new multi-purpose rooms can be configured for meetings, birthday parties, family reunions and more.
Overlooking the woods of Welsh Park, the rooms have a wall of windows and a new wood floor and are clean, bright and inviting. The rooms also have direct access to the outdoor pools and a modern kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and sink.
The multi-purpose rooms can be combined into one 1,500 square foot room or divided by a movable wall into two separate rooms. The rooms are available for rent together or separately.
Locker Rooms
Locker rooms, indoor and outdoor, offer plenty of lockers and showers. The indoor locker rooms are fully climate controlled and include a sauna.
Snack Bar
Open during the summer season, the snack bar provides light meals, drinks and snacks
Welsh Park
Adjacent to the center, Welsh Park has softball and soccer fields, basketball and tennis courts, the skate park, a nature preserve and play equipment.
