Group Composition
The Instructional Stroke School consists of nearly all 8 & Under swimmers in the RMSC program. Group Requirements
Members of the Instructional Stroke School must be able to swim at least one length of freestyle and backstroke without stopping. Major emphasis will be on competitive stroke mechanics, turns, starts, and swim meet orientation, and ON HAVING A FUN YEAR!!! Coaches
The Instructional Stroke School is coached by Kelly Appler, Hank Miller, Meaghan Mohr, Chelsea Yeatman, Joe Wisda, and Dave Greene Attendance Recommendations
The recommended practice attendance for the Instructional Stroke School is two to three practices per week. Practice Schedule
Monday and Thursday: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Fees:
Registration Fees (includes all USA Swimming Registration Fees and meet entry fees): $160.00
Program Fees: Full season program for Swim Center Passholders: $395.00, Non-passholders: $525.00
