Group Composition:
The Select Junior Group is for dedicated swimmers with the goals of becoming nationally qualified. The emphasis will be on refining stroke mechanics and preparing for the rigors of more intense training.Group Requirements:
Members of the Select Junior Group will be selected by the coaching staff, must swim with RMSC on a year-round basis and are required to compete in all meets for which they are qualified. Coaches:
The Select Junior Group is coached by Dave Greene, Jeri Ramsbottom, and Kelly Appler. Attendance Recommendations:
The required practice attendance for the Select Junior Group is five to six practices per week. Practice Schedule:
Monday: 4:45 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Tuesday: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Thursday: 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Fees:
Registration Fees (includes all USA Swimming Registration Fees and meet entry fees): $300.00
Program Fees: Swim Center Passholders: $580.00, Non-passholders: $775.00
