Mark is responsible for the overall operations of the entire Swim Center complex, from finances to programming, from lifeguards to cleaning supplies. Debbie Bouwkamp: Aquatics Supervisor
Debbie coordinates the many varied uses of the facilities at the Swim Center. This includes the scheduling and staffing of our lesson program, swim team, and rentals. The supervisor also serves as our in-service training coordinator and instructor. Phil Ashworth: Aquatics Facilities Manager
Phil is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Swim Center physical plant. In order to fulfill his responsibilities Phil supervises a committed team of pool supervisors, lifeguards, and lockerroom attendants. Carol Lilly: Secretary/Bookkeeper
Carol handles the administrative end of Swim Center business. From supervising the front desk staff to preparing daily financial reports, Carol does it all. Chris Kroeker: Aquatic Facilities Operator
Chris serves as our evening and weekend pool manager as well as taking care of the maintenance and cleaning duties necessary to keep the Swim Center in tip-top shape. Sherry Evans: Swim Center Assistant
Sherry is available during the week to help with just about all areas of the Swim Center operation, from cleaning to pool setup, from repairs to help at the front desk.
Dave Greene: Head Swim Coach
Dave is the head coach at the Rockville Swim Center for our nationally ranked competitive swimming team: the Rockville-Montgomery Swim Club. The club is conducted as a joint program with the Montgomery County Department of Recreation and has three other practice sites other than the Swim Center. Dave spends most of his coaching time working with our 12 & Under swimmers as well has handling the bulk of the administrative work associated with the team.
