Artist's Statement: The forms of the piece at James Monroe Park were conceived to evoke images of movement and grace such as falling leaves or an ascending bird. The associations and responses of viewers don’t have to be similar to those of the artist but are obviously related to the balanced elemental forms of the piece. Budget: $2,200
