A nutritious lunch is served Monday-Friday from 11:30 - 12:15 p.m.
Lunches must be reserved at least one day in advance (call 240-314-8810). The cost of the meal is $4.83 and lunch participants are encouraged to pay whatever portion of the total cost that they can afford.
The Senior Center newsletter includes the lunch menu for the month. If you have any questions about diet and nutrition, call the Senior Nutrition Hotline at 240-777-1100 Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
The Morning Glory Cafe is also located in the Dining Room. This Cafe sells breakfast items (muffins, bagels, coffee, yogurt, juice, etc.) from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
