The following applications and development projects have been submitted to the City of Rockville Community Planning and Development Services Department for review. Projects are listed by address and include a file number, brief description, application status and staff contact. To find out more about a project, click on the link for "View Details" under the specific project. To view a project's location in the City, click on the link for "View Project Map" under the specific project.
Updates to this list are made weekly, as needed. Please note that every effort is made to ensure that the information provided is up to date. If there are any questions on a specific project, please contact the Project Planner associated with the specific application.
Development Review Projects Map
A map of all pending and recently approved development applications in the City is provided below. To locate a project on the map, type in its full address in the search bar (e.g., 111 Maryland Avenue, Rockville, MD) or pan and zoom directly on the map with a mouse or the + and - zoom buttons. To zoom with a mouse, double left-click anywhere on the map or use the mouse scroll wheel, if available. To pan, left-click and hold while dragging on the map. To find out more about a project on the map, single left-click a project site on the map for a pop-up window of its project details.
