Thomas Farm Community Center offers programs and events for children and families. All programs require preregistration unless otherwise listed. 

Thomas Farm also hosts many Recreation and Parks Department classes including fitness and sports for children and adults. You can find a complete listing of all programs and events taking place at Thomas Farm here.

CANCELED: Adventure Days

For ages 6-11, day program

Join Thomas Farm Community Center for an adventure on your day off school! Each program will consist of an offsite field trip and time spent enjoying games and activities at the community center. An email with additional information regarding the trip will be sent to participants prior to the program. Registration begins March 5.

Adventure Kids Camp

For ages 7-11, week program
Prices vary: $220-$325

Take an adventure with your friends at Thomas Farm Community Center! Campers travel to different locations each day. Field trips will include outdoor adventures, swimming, entertainment and more. A detailed itinerary along with what to bring each day will be emailed to all participants prior to camp.

Art4Fun

For ages 7-11, June 22-26

This camp celebrates and encourages creativity in children! Campers will participate in daily, hands-on multimedia art projects that encourage creativity and promote the enjoyment of art.  Art activities will be balanced with other traditional camp activities such as games, creative free play, open gym and more. Time will be spent both indoors and out. Dress for a mess!

Beyond the Bell Afterschool Club

For ages K-5, 6 week program

Enjoy time beyond the bell at Thomas Farm’s new afterschool club! Engage in enrichment activities, organized games and crafts. Homework help and a healthy snack are provided daily. Bus transportation from Ritchie Park Elementary is provided. Program operates when school is in session and does not meet on no school days.

CANCELED: Impact Fitness Training for Teens

For ages 14-18, 4 week program
$180R/$200NR

Teens benefit from one-on-one attention from Thomas Farm’s certified personal trainer in this small group setting. Work on personal fitness goals or begin conditioning for spring sports. Though a fitness membership is not required to participate, participants can take advantage of 10% discount on a Thomas Farm annual fitness pass. CANCELED: Spring Break Camp

For grades K-5, 4 day program

Thomas Farm is a great place to spend spring break! Activities could include organized games, crafts, free play, field trips and more. Bring a lunch and wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. An email will be sent out prior to the camp with a detailed schedule and necessary forms, so please ensure that we have an accurate email address on file. Registration begins March 5.

Superheroes Party

For all ages

Preregistration: $10R/$12NR per child. $12 per child at the door.

Calling all superheroes: Report to Thomas Farm Community Center dressed as your favorite heroic character and show off your extraordinary talents! Meet some real-life superheroes while enjoying games, crafts, face painting, caricature artists and a moon bounce and more! Preregistration strongly recommended. Registration begins March 5.

Late Night Pottery

For ages 10-14
May 8 | 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.

$25R/$30NR

Spend the evening painting a piece of pottery with Amazing Art Studio then enjoy time with friends in the gym, play video and board games, participate in activities and more! Refreshments will be sold. Preregistration required. Registration begins on March 5, register by May 6.
