Propose a Project

Every year, the city proposes a new budget for the upcoming year that includes new projects and improvements for facilities, infrastructure and services. These large-scale projects are called Capital Improvement Projects.

As a resident, you are closest to these services and the needs of the community. So, we ask you to propose projects for the upcoming fiscal year (July 2020-July 2021). Specifically, we are interested in neighborhood proposal projects that are one-time construction projects that will benefit the community for more than 20 years.

Proposal Requirements

  • Proposals cannot serve a private purpose or be located on private property.
  • Proposals should have an equal, accessible benefit to all community members.
