Summer Camps

Due to the COVID-19 emergency, In-person summer camps will begin in July with limited capacity. Registration opens June 22.

Previously canceled camps have been issued a refund.

Financial assistance is available for Rockville residents based on income. Please call 240-314-8620 for an appointment. 

It’s never too early to start thinking about what to do with your kids over a summer break — and Rockville’s camp program has you covered, whether you live in Rockville or work here!

More than 60 camps available include the traditional all-day, all-summer break Summer Blast program, which runs from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. each day and is hosted at four sites throughout the city, as well as specialty camps that explore robotics, the arts, sports, science, cheerleading, nature, theater, parkour and many other experiences for kids age 5-16.

Single and multi-week options are available. Camps are open to residents and nonresidents.

In-person Outdoor Camps, Beginning in July

Registration is now open for Park Adventures, Rockville’s in-person camps outdoors, where kids will be able to enjoy sports, games, crafts and recreational activities. 

Sessions will run 9 a.m.-noon for two weeks, with new sessions beginning each week from July 13-Aug. 3.
