Rockville, Maryland, May 2 – Rockville’s Farmers Market returns Saturday, May 18 to give shoppers their pick of farm-fresh produce and more from regional grower/producers.
This year’s market will include vendors offering fruits and vegetables, plants and flowers, herbs, baked goods, local wine and spirits, knife sharpening, meat and coffee.
New vendors will offer fresh cheeses; mushrooms from the Eastern Shore; beeswax candles; soaps; United States Department of Agriculture- and biodynamic-certified vegetables, herbs and flowers; and other locally grown fruits and vegetables.
The market will be open 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays, through Nov. 23 in the jury parking lot at East Jefferson (Route 28) and Monroe streets in Rockville Town Center.
