  2. The Rockville City Academy is a two week program that includes classes on Rockville’s history, the Council-Manager form of government, the city’s departments, the planning process, neighborhoods, and more.

    The Rockville City Academy is open to any city resident age 16 or older. You must register in advance; class size is limited.
